By downloading, installing, or using this game (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any applicable platform rules (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Game on devices you own or control for personal entertainment only. You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute without authorization; interfere with gameplay or security; use cheats/bots/scripts; or sell/rent/transfer accounts or virtual items.
If you are a minor, you may use the Game and make payments only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who should manage device purchase/content restrictions.

No Servers / Local Storage. The Game currently provides no cloud servers or cloud backup; progress, purchases, and virtual items are stored locally on your device.
Data Loss Risk. Deleting the app, resetting/clearing the device, OS crashes, or switching devices may permanently erase your progress and content. We cannot restore or transfer data. Platform backup/transfer features (e.g., iOS/iCloud, Android/Google backup) are not guaranteed by us.
If we later offer cloud backup, we will announce and update these Terms.
Deleting the app will permanently remove all locally stored game data. This action cannot be undone.
The Game offers one-time IAP (e.g., virtual currency “Shells”, unlocking backgrounds/tank sizes/equipment/fish species). No subscriptions at this time.
Payments are processed by your platform provider; actual prices appear on the store page.
